We had a great experience working with Superior Fencing.
My husband and I walked in just to get a quote and some details on what we would need for our fencing project. We told them right from the start we weren’t necessarily planning on going with them, but just needed information on what to get and how to install the fence. Alex and Craig spent about 40 minutes with us, drawing everything up, telling us exactly what we would need and giving us all kinds of helpful tips and tricks. My husband and I were both extremely impressed, and decided shortly after leaving that we wanted to get the materials through them, even though it was more expensive the Home Depot (who we were originally planning on ordering through).
They brought all of the materials right to our house only a couple of days later, and spent a couple of minutes answering questions and giving more helpful tips.
We realized the gate delivered was the wrong size, and they brought out a new one just a couple of hours later.
At the end of our project, we realized we placed two posts a bit too close together, and that the gate yet again, would not fit. I called them up the next day, and they offered to cut it and re-weld it, just to ensure the perfect fit. We brought it to them, and they had it done in about 30 minutes.
With the new gate everything fits perfectly, the quality of all of the materials is great, and our experience with their team / customer service was fantastic.

Team Brian, Justin and Wayne installed our white cedar 3 rail fence this afternoon. They worked hard to ensure proper height and alignment. They did a great job. I had a large fence installed a couple of months ago. The folks in the office were great; knowledgeable, fast, and helped me special order parts I couldn't find at a big box store.
